Performance Responsibilities
- Own and lead the Incentive Compensation (IC) process with 2 direct reports and an external vendor.
- Monitor compliance and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Lead IC governance to get approval of IC goals and methodology.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Compliance, Corporate, and others.
- Design, build, and maintain incentive programs for the sales force.
- Lead vendor relationships; define service level targets and monitor performance.
- Communicate, educate, and capture feedback from sales teams.
- Automate data and reporting across teams.
- Own stakeholder communications on progress and propose solutions/alternatives to leadership.
- Optimize overlaps with the Training organization.
- Partner with Area Sales Leaders and Market Development Directors to improve performance.
- Define special incentives to improve performance.

Engagement Responsibilities
- Build relationships, trust, and empathy with the sales force; be present in the field.
- Lead efforts to embed company culture.
- Create a process to engage and communicate with the sales force in an orderly fashion.
- Ensure fairness and transparency in the IC process and decision-making.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharma experience.
- Experience managing incentive compensation.
- Experience with US sales data and sources.
- Leadership experience in matrix organizations.
- Experience communicating messages to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or similar; 2+ years pharma sales experience.
- Experience with injectables and/or HIV.
- First-line sales leader experience (or similar).
- Highly independent and proactive.
- Marketing experience; experience managing teams.
- Consulting background.
- Customer engagement/customer service/training experience.
- Data sciences education.
