Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Corporate Account, NYC North

Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting ViiV long acting injectables to facilitate appropriate patient access.
- Prioritize Key National Strategic Accounts/IDNs and develop an integrated, top-down implementation approach aligned to account needs.
- Navigate complex reimbursement-related situations using sound judgment and awareness of relevant reimbursement support rules and regulations.
- Influence and communicate with internal matrix stakeholders (Corporate Account Teams, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, Reimbursement Support Services).
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provide strategic accounts product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams and matrix partners.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs.
- Support patient access by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years’ experience in field reimbursement, key account management, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs.
- Experience with payers and health systems.
- Specialty pharmacy experience, including buy-and-bill and Medicare Parts A, B, C, D, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Ability to travel 50%+.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree.
- Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes.
- Proactive process streamlining/simplification; leadership and coaching effectiveness.
- Strong persuasive communication, business acumen, customer focus, relationship management, problem solving, and teamwork.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual base salary range: $150,750 to $251,250.
- Annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive.
