Responsibilities:
- Operate as subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting ViiV long-acting injectables to facilitate appropriate patient access
- Prioritize Key National Strategic Accounts/IDNs and ensure implementation needs for ViiV Long Acting Injectables are realized
- Develop and orchestrate a top-down integrated implementation approach aligned to account needs
- Navigate complex reimbursement support situations using sound judgment, problem solving, and knowledge of governing rules/regulations
- Influence and communicate with internal matrix stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Account Teams, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, Reimbursement Support Services)
- Lead key activities:
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities
- Provide strategic accounts product access/reimbursement expertise
- Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams and matrix partners
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
- Support patient access by providing reimbursement subject-matter expertise on potential access barriers
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 7+ yearsβ experience in field reimbursement OR key account management OR payer marketing OR patient support programs OR reimbursement HUB programs
- Experience with payer and health systems
- Specialty pharmacy experience, including buy and bill; Medicare Parts A/B/C/D; Medicaid; commercial payers
- Ability to travel 50%+
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or advanced degree; education of offices on access/reimbursement processes
- Proactive implementation execution; indirect/direct leadership with coaching
- Persuasive communication, business acumen, customer focus, problem solving, teamwork/collaboration
Compensation/Benefits (US): Base salary $150,750β$251,250 plus annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental & medical leave.
