Associate Director, Field Reimbursement

Responsibilities:
- Mitigate access and reimbursement disruptions through education of office staff on payer coverage/policies and acquisition pathways.
- Educate offices to navigate access and reimbursement challenges independently through the post-prescribing phase.
- Support complex access and reimbursement issues as needed.
- Identify and prioritize implementation barriers for removal at customer campuses.
- Develop strategic plans with next actions, action owners, and completion dates.
- Drive implementation barrier closure.
- Orchestrate coordinated plans across internal partners for aligned customers based on a shared diagnosis.

- Experience working within diverse teams, navigating multiple sites of care, and developing/implementing strategic business plans with measurable, action-oriented objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare reimbursement, specialty product support, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs.
- Experience with J codes, Q codes, and reimbursement billing requirements.
- Ability to travel 50%+.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of payer channels (Medicare Parts B/C/D, Medicaid, commercial).
- Experience with specialty injected/infused products in buy-and-bill settings.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy and reimbursement HUB services.
- Exceptional communication; ability to simplify complex systems and persuade.
- Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and independent execution.
- Proven indirect/direct leadership and peer collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access/reimbursement processes.
- Proactive implementation execution focused on streamlining.
