Position Summary
Worldwide Medical Lead to oversee Cell Therapy Autoimmune programs; shape and execute the global medical strategy across rheumatology/neurology and other development areas for the Cell Therapy portfolio, ensuring scientific excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global medical strategies across autoimmune diseases; align with organizational goals/patient needs.
- Anticipate/respond to scientific, regulatory, and competitive challenges to strengthen leadership in global immunology.
- Partner with stakeholders for launch readiness.
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, and Market Access to shape pipeline/portfolio strategies for early assets.
- Ensure evidence generation supports regulatory submissions, reimbursement, and market access strategy.
- Identify unmet needs and opportunities; oversee differentiation/signal-seeking initiatives; shape early development strategy, trial designs, and recruitment.
- Ensure patient access across US and international markets.
- Lead AIMs (Asset Integrated Medical Teams) and partner with Immunology and Cell Therapy Commercial teams.
- Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing team; implement streamlined processes for global execution.
- Use digital/data tools for decisions and stakeholder engagement; track measurable outcomes.
- Represent company externally with key stakeholders and build strategic partnerships globally.

Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP) preferred.
- 15+ years executive management experience in clinical development/medical affairs (Global and/or Market Based Medical Affairs preferred).
- Immunology disease-area expertise; research/drug development understanding and impactful data communication.
- Medical strategy experience; proven leadership in complex matrix environments; building/delivering global medical capabilities; leading high-performance teams.
- Travel expected: 30%.
