Vice President, Translational Research

Role: Vice President of Cancer Pharmacology leading translational research in RAS-driven oncology, reporting to SVP of Translational Research. Responsibilities: oversee strategy and operations for mechanistic, efficacy, PK/PD, and combination insights; guide data integration and AI/ML deployment; lead cross-functional collaborations internally and externally; represent the company in scientific forums. Requirements: PhD in oncology, pharmacology, or related field; 12+ years in oncology drug discovery, with experience advancing small molecule programs from discovery to early clinical phases; proven leadership in scientific organizations; expertise in PK/PD/efficacy modeling and data infrastructure.
