Requirements: PhD in oncology, pharmacology, or related field; 12+ years in oncology drug discovery, with experience advancing small molecule programs from discovery to early clinical phases; proven leadership in scientific organizations; expertise in PK/PD/efficacy modeling and data infrastructure.
