Role: Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, leading Stoke's enterprise procurement function amid company growth and potential commercialization. Responsibilities: establish sourcing governance, advise senior leadership on procurement strategies, lead high-value supplier negotiations, and develop supplier management programs. Oversee spend analytics, ensure compliance with regulations, and build a high-performing procurement team. Requirements: 15+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within biotech or pharma; track record of scaling procurement in high-growth, clinical-stage environments; strong negotiation, financial analysis, and leadership skills; bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or certifications preferred.
