Vice President / Senior Vice President, Clinical Development Lead – Immunology & Program Leadership

Role: VP/SVP, Clinical Development Program Leader with a focus on immunology, responsible for strategy and execution of multiple early-stage therapeutic programs. Responsibilities: lead clinical development plans from translational research through IND and early clinical phases, serve as cross-functional program head, and integrate scientific, operational, regulatory, and portfolio considerations; act as scientific and medical expert in immunology, autoimmune diseases, and inflammation; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulators, KOLs, and partners; mentor teams and contribute to organizational strategy. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD, 15+ years in biotech/pharma, proven leadership in immunology clinical programs across phases, extensive experience with biologics, and regulatory filings. Preferred: expertise in cytokine modulation, immune-oncology, or precision immunology; experience in inflammatory bowel disease or inflammatory arthritis; support for NDA/BLA submissions; experience with multicenter proof-of-concept trials, particularly in APAC.
