Role Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for Pfizer’s SAP/enterprise solutions platform (Sales Ordering to AR; procurement to AP; Travel & Expense; SAP Business Analytics Cloud; over 100 SAP-based apps).
- Lead SAP transformation (incl. global supply capabilities in SAP) and process innovation across finance and supply chain functions.
- Oversee SAP program planning, implementation, migrations to cloud, upgrades, integrations; manage SAP system landscape and lifecycle (install/configure, maintenance, upgrades/migrations/decommissioning).
- Develop and execute technology/solutions strategy to support budget savings and long-term innovation roadmap.
- Lead teams of technology and industry process experts; foster agility, continuous improvement, and next-gen technology delivery (incl. automation/AI).
- Manage technology budgets; collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of process/technical changes; stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering or related + 15 years’ experience.
- 10+ years in SAP leadership roles; broad module/process knowledge.
- Strong SAP process knowledge (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
- Experience with SAP implementations/upgrades in global environments around SAP RISE; SAP S/4HANA + RISE.
- Cloud/SaaS knowledge; strong leadership, communication, and project management; manage multiple priorities; understanding of regulations/standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s + 13 years’ experience.
- Agile/DevOps/Design Thinking familiarity; strong analytical/data-driven decision skills.
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule.
- Base salary: $274,000–$456,600; bonus target 30%; eligible for long-term incentives; benefits include 401(k) with matching, retirement savings contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental leave, medical/dental/vision.
