Position Summary
- Vice President, Reblozyl & Lymphoma Marketing: define and execute brand strategy across Reblozyl and Lymphoma; primary focus on U.S. commercialization with global strategic leadership for Reblozyl.

Key Responsibilities
- Reblozyl (U.S.): own U.S. commercial strategy/execution across approved and emerging indications; lead U.S. brand plan (positioning, messaging, channel strategy, promotion, field enablement); partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Analytics, Finance to drive performance and remove barriers; ensure disciplined execution vs. operating plans (forecasting, budget/resource prioritization); represent Marketing in U.S. governance (POAs, QBRs, exec reviews).
- Reblozyl (Global): provide global marketing leadership (ex-U.S. launch/expansion, lifecycle management planning, indication sequencing/prioritization); participate in Global Product Team governance; partner with Global Commercial/Medical/Development on brand vision, evidence strategies, and value narratives.
- Lymphoma (Golcadamide): lead U.S. marketing strategy and launch readiness; shape positioning/launch sequencing; build and lead cross-functional launch team (Marketing, Medical, Access, Sales); oversee launch milestones/readiness reviews and pre-launch investments.
- People & Enterprise: build/develop/lead marketing org; foster talent development and inclusive leadership; mentor senior leaders and support enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years biopharmaceutical marketing, including senior leadership.
- Track record leading oncology/specialty brands/portfolios; experience with launches, lifecycle management, and late-stage pipeline assets.
- Ability to operate in matrixed global organizations; strong strategic thinking/executive presence.
- Experience with complex market access/reimbursement environments.
- Preferred: U.S. commercialization + global brand strategy; prior hematology/lymphoma brand leadership.
