Clinical Research and Development
Responsibilities:
- Establish, inspire, and champion global program teams and sub-teams; foster a sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to build and drive integrated development and program plans with clear milestones, critical paths, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proactively identify and manage program risks via scenario planning and mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with senior and functional leaders to align program operations with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate program progress; present to Executive Leadership with concise, clear detail.
- Facilitate high-impact team meetings with clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with finance and functional leads to shape and refine program budgets and assumptions throughout forecasting cycles.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 10+ years in biopharma with proven leadership track record; BA/BS required (scientific or business). Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of pre-clinical drug development through clinic, including regulatory pathways and commercialization.
- Working knowledge of GxP environments and quality/regulatory standards.
- Expert proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office; strong project/program management.
- Commitment to high standards of compliance and ethics.
Pay Range: $340,000–$365,000 USD.
Onsite/Reporting: Lexington, MA; onsite five days/week; reports to the COO.
