Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Pipeline Delivery systems and data strategy aligned to R&D priorities and the future-state operating model (incl. integrated clinical/operational platforms).
- Partner with IT/Digital to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions and a single source of truth to enable speed, quality, transparency, and data-driven portfolio/program decisions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes across study start-up, execution, data flow, and reporting to meet regulatory and inspection readiness expectations.
- Standardize workflows, templates, and best practices; eliminate redundant/low-value processes.
- Establish a performance management framework (KPIs, metrics, dashboards); monitor process effectiveness and system utilization.
- Identify/address bottlenecks and variability; lead continuous improvement to improve cycle time, data quality, and execution predictability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive role-based training strategy; build data literacy, system utilization, and process adherence.
- Lead enterprise change management and adoption of new systems/processes with minimal disruption.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Program Management, R&D; align with Vendor & Alliance Management.
- Build/lead the Systems & Process Enablement organization; define roles/capabilities, develop talent, and succession planning.

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 20+ years in biotech/pharma with leadership in clinical systems, operations, process excellence, or digital enablement.
- Enterprise/portfolio experience supporting complex multi-program clinical pipelines.
- Track record implementing enterprise systems/process transformations (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, data platforms, reporting/analytics).
- Experience with large-scale change management/adoption.
- Partnering experience with IT/Digital/Data; strong performance management (KPIs/dashboards).
- Strong continuous improvement and clinical development/regulatory understanding.
- Strong organizational change management (stakeholder engagement, comms, adoption measurement).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- U.S. pay range: $301,800.00–$408,200.00; eligible for annual short-term incentive and long-term incentive.
