Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development

Role: Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Development leading Kymera's drug product strategy across discovery to clinical stages. Responsibilities: define and execute formulation development, biopharmaceutics, and manufacturing strategies; oversee internal teams and external partners (CROs, CDMOs); ensure GMP compliance and regulatory submissions; foster innovation in drug delivery solutions; support portfolio growth through scalable processes and risk management; engage in cross-functional collaborations and external due diligence. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; 18+ years in pharmaceutical development, with proven leadership from discovery through clinical milestones and commercialization; expertise in small molecule formulation, bioavailability enhancement, and oral solid dosage manufacturing, especially for poorly soluble compounds; deep regulatory knowledge, including IND support and GMP standards; demonstrated success managing teams and external partnerships; excellent communication and leadership skills.
