Vice President, Operations

Role: Vice President of Operations for Fluid Management, overseeing four manufacturing sites and 380+ employees, responsible for developing and executing strategic manufacturing and operational plans aligned with growth objectives. Responsibilities include leading site leadership teams, driving operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost management, optimizing capacity and resource allocation, fostering cross-site collaboration, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Operations, or related field; 15+ years in manufacturing and supply chain leadership; 10+ years managing multi-site operations and leading senior teams; experience in regulated biopharma or life sciences manufacturing environments; proven success in operational transformation, organizational development, and strategic planning. Preferred: Advanced degree and extensive leadership within biologics, cell/gene therapy, or other biopharma modalities; strong financial, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High-value specifics: multi-site biologics manufacturing, regulated environment, focus on operational excellence, capacity expansion, and long-term site strategy. Work setup: remote with up to 30% travel.
