Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Global and US marketing strategies aligned with company imperatives; ensure alignment with cross-functional partners (commercial insights/analytics, market access, sales).
- Build and implement the marketing plan (marketing strategy, brand development, promotions, digital marketing, patient marketing, marketing operations).
- Develop and execute commercial strategy and tactical plans to launch Nurix assets in the US and other ex-US markets.
- Partner with commercial insights/analytics on market research, competitive intelligence, KPIs/metrics, and opportunity identification.
- Lead commercial plans for potential future products (situation analysis, sizing/segmentation, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy).
- Partner with Clinical Development to inform trial design and lifecycle plans for pipeline assets.
- Maintain regular, effective communication with field sales to solicit input, feedback, identify challenges/opportunities, and deliver solutions.
- Partner with insights/analytics and finance on forecasts, quarterly latest estimates, and operating budgets.
- Build relationships with US and international thought leaders to inform strategy.
- Ensure successful agency and vendor partnerships.
- Support portfolio strategy and commercial evaluation of business development opportunities; provide input to IC planning, CMC, budgeting.
- Travel as needed for meetings and customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in business/related discipline required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- US hematology/oncology launch experience required; global launch experience strongly preferred.
- Experience building teams and commercial capabilities.
- Demonstrated results in competitive markets.
- Proven collaboration across commercial disciplines (market access, sales, operations, training, insights/analytics).
- Highly analytical; data-driven, fact-based business analysis to drive marketing strategy.
- Resourceful, agile/lean mindset; creative problem solver.
- Adaptable; manages competing demands.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication; strategic thinking in fast-paced environments.
