Role: Vice President and Head of Neuroscience overseeing Arvinas' neurodegenerative disease portfolio, from discovery to clinical development. Responsibilities: lead strategic scientific planning, build and mentor a high-performing team, develop and validate in vitro and in vivo models, design pharmacology studies, interpret translational biomarkers, and drive portfolio decisions; foster external collaborations with academia, CROs, and partners; contribute to regulatory submissions and clinical protocols. Requirements: Ph.D. in a relevant field with 15+ years industry leadership in neurobiology and pharmacology, extensive experience with neurodegenerative disease models, biomarker development, and translational science; proven track record in portfolio prioritization and IND contributions; strong network and leadership in neurodegenerative research; excellent communication and collaboration skills. High-Value: leadership in neurodegenerative diseases, deep expertise in target validation and translational biomarkers, experience with PROTAC technology or similar modalities, and contribution to clinical candidate advancement. WorkSetup: hybrid at New Haven, CT, with regular lab and office engagement; travel as needed.
