Vice President, Manufacturing

Role: Vice President of Manufacturing responsible for leading Axogen's Ohio operations, including tissue processing and biologics manufacturing, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: oversee startup, continuous improvement, capacity expansion, and operational excellence; develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory adherence; attract and develop talent; drive efficiency and innovation. Requirements: minimum 12 years in regulated manufacturing, with experience in medical devices, tissue, or biologics; proven leadership in cGMP facilities, FDA audits, and lean six sigma; strong communication and team-building skills; bachelor's degree required.
