Key Position Responsibilities:
- Set and lead the overarching managed markets strategy to support pricing, reimbursement, and access objectives across all payer segments
- Develop pricing, contracting, and channel strategies to support the launch and lifecycle of gene therapy products
- Design and implement the payer engagement strategy, including core access materials, value propositions, and payer advisory initiatives
- Build and execute a scalable field access strategy (field roles, deployment plans, and coordinated messaging with commercial and medical teams)
- Oversee development of the HEOR plan to support the clinical and economic value proposition
- Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial to align access strategies with business objectives and applicable laws/regulations
- Guide internal and external communications regarding market access and patient support programs
- Build and lead a high-performing team (corporate and field-based) across market access functions
- Serve as a key external representative with payers, policy makers, trade organizations, and patient advocacy groups
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, public health, life sciences, or related field required; MBA/MPH/PharmD or equivalent preferred
- 15+ years of market access, pricing, and reimbursement experience in biopharmaceuticals
- Strong experience with U.S. and Global payers, distribution models, and specialty product access pathways
- Experience in rare disease, gene therapy, or other high-science therapeutic areas preferred
- Track record of patient-centric support models and payer strategies for launch
- Deep knowledge of compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations for market access programs
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- Minimal travel

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $295,000β$372,873; eligibility for short- and long-term incentives (bonus and equity).
