Vice President, IT & Digitalization β€” Hybrid (Seattle, WA or Redmond, WA)

Responsibilities:
- Define, lead, and execute the multi-year JEB IT & Digital roadmap from concept through deployment and steady-state operations.
- Serve as senior, hands-on IT partner to Process and Product Design, Manufacturing, and Quality; translate operational needs into scalable, compliant solutions.
- Lead critical design, implementation, validation, and go-live activities for GMP-impacting systems.
- Ensure 24/7 IT service availability, performance, security, and resilience; triage and resolve high-impact incidents.
- Own regulated IT systems including SCADA, MES/eBR, ERP, historians, laboratory, and development systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations (including 21 CFR Part 11) and Evotec IT & Data governance, security, and validation standards.
- Establish CSV and data integrity practices (validation strategy, risk assessments, inspection readiness).
- Provide IT accountability for regulatory inspections, audits, and remediation.
- Integrate JEB IT into Evotec’s global IT Target Operating Model; define service boundaries, ownership, escalation, and accountability.
- Build time-zone coverage, extended support, and manufacturing uptime into global service models.
- Drive digitalization, automation, and data-driven optimization with measurable business impact.
- Own and manage JEB IT spend (operating/capital budgets with ROI).
- Select, negotiate, and manage vendors/service partners.
- Lead change management and user adoption.

Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years senior IT leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
- GMP or other regulated environment experience (required).
- Practical track record in CSV and FDA regulatory frameworks (preferred).
- Experience with global IT target operating models; familiarity with cybersecurity requirements.
- Ability to balance enterprise standards with site-level execution and regulatory realities.
