Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR expertise to the EVP Human Resources and EVP Global Commercial & Corporate Affairs and their senior leadership teams to maximize organizational performance.
- Serve as an integral part of the Commercial & Corporate Affairs leadership team and contribute to overall business decisions.
- Lead a team of senior HR Business Partners in all global regions by articulating a clear vision and supporting the organizational/HR model.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure progressive HR programs with practical, measurable business value; create urgency for results.
- Act as a transformational change agent: lead change management and cultural integration to continually transform culture to be action- and patient-focused.
- Advise, coach, and consult senior leaders to improve performance (leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, change management, and employee relations).
- Ensure organizational success during mergers/acquisitions, workforce buildouts, and reorganizations.
- Influence leaders to change organizational structure or processes to support growth.
- Identify HR programs/strategies to support business objectives and strategic direction.
- Advise client group managers to align with and accomplish broader business objectives.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) across organizational development, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, training & development, and talent acquisition.
- Participate in and lead global HR initiatives and HR projects within the client group.

- Partner with EVP HR and EVP Commercial & Corporate Affairs on effective people initiatives aligned to business strategy.
- Develop and mentor a strong HR team to increase accountability and HR delivery.
- Foster an innovative, agile, performance-based culture and align HR practices for continuous improvement.
- Enable Global HR strategic priorities.
- Build a trusted HR team focused on adding value, coaching/developing leaders, and removing organizational barriers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including demonstrated HRBP success; COE experience in biotechnology/pharma in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven track record driving organizational transformation, talent strategies, and HR operating model adoption at scale.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services HR structures highly desirable.
