Role: Vice President, Head of Life Cycle Management (LCM) at Alkermes, leading strategic planning and execution for marketed products and pipeline programs in neuroscience and mental health. Responsibilities: oversee global post-approval activities, including sNDA submissions and expanded access plans; develop data generation strategies for Phase IIIB/IV and investigator-initiated studies; manage cross-functional collaborations with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and other teams; ensure scientific rigor in regulatory interactions and publications; build and lead a high-performing LCM team; and manage budgets and compliance. Qualifications: MD with at least 15 years of industry experience, including 5+ years managing LCM studies and overseeing Phase IIIb/IV clinical programs. Proven success in regulatory filings, team leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Experience in sleep, neuroscience, or psychiatric indications is advantageous. Skills include strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication with senior management, and regulatory knowledge. High-Value: focus on neuroscience, psychiatry, sleep disorders, post-approval lifecycle management, sNDA filings, and global regulatory/regimen experience. Work setup: based in Waltham, MA, with up to 25% domestic and possible international travel.
