Vice President, Head of Global Strategic Sourcing

Role: Vice President, Head of Global Strategic Sourcing, leading enterprise-wide procurement, supplier management, and third-party risk strategies in a biopharma context. Responsibilities: develop and execute global sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend (~$2 billion), serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, drive sourcing transformation leveraging digital tools and AI, oversee supplier relationships and risk management, and promote sustainability, diversity, and responsible sourcing. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related; 15+ years of leadership in strategic sourcing, with at least 10 years in biopharma, including experience in R&D, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial spend areas. Certifications like CPSM or MCIPS preferred.
