Overview:
The Vice President, Head of Corporate FP&A leads corporate finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics (including AI) to provide actionable insights for executive decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Advise executives on financial planning, investment priorities, cash flow, external reporting, and financial policy.
- Translate corporate strategy into financial targets and multi-year resource plans; identify trade-offs, risks, and value creation.
- Serve as principal finance thought partner to the CEO/CFO/SVP Corporate Finance.
- Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting with business units.
- Drive adoption of digital transformation, macroeconomic scenario analysis, and AI-enabled planning.
- Own long-range planning (LRP), including scenario/sensitivity modeling and integrated risk management.
- Provide advanced financial modeling, predictive analytics, and scenario analysis for growth, restructuring, capital planning, and investments.
- Present financial results and insights; oversee monthly/quarterly/ad hoc deliverables, variance explanations, and management reporting.
- Own management reporting (P&L, headcount, variance analytics, KPI scorecards, performance narratives).
- Lead capital allocation and multi-year resource roadmap; establish ROI governance and investment evaluation frameworks.
- Drive ERM program and ERM platform ownership (e.g., AuditBoard).
- Define and implement FP&A systems (OneStream) and improve data governance and analytics dashboards.
- Lead a high-performing team (4 direct reports); develop talent and promote analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs in Finance/Accounting (Masterβs/MBA or CPA/CFA strongly preferred).
- 15+ years corporate/commercial finance experience (executive leadership highly desired).
- Advanced financial modeling (Excel) and executive-ready PowerPoint; strong written/oral communication.
- Hands-on enterprise systems experience (e.g., S4/HANA, Anaplan, HFM, Essbase, OneStream).
- Demonstrated leadership, change management, and ability to influence matrixed teams; travel as needed.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
