Vice President, Head of Clinical Development – Allergy & Urticaria

Role: Vice President, Head of Clinical Development for ARS Pharmaceuticals' allergy and urticaria portfolio, overseeing clinical strategy and program execution from early phases to global registration. Responsibilities: lead trial design, oversee clinical programs, ensure regulatory interactions with FDA/EMA, manage cross-functional collaborations, author key clinical documents, and build the clinical development team. Requirements: MD/PhD/PharmD (MD preferred), 12+ years in biotech/pharma clinical development, deep expertise in allergy and urticaria (including CSU), proven experience leading global clinical programs from IND to approval, and strong regulatory and leadership skills. High-Value: allergy and immunology therapeutic area, biologics/immunology modalities, clinical trials from IND through Phase 3, regulatory engagement, GxP compliance, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, global environment. Work Setup: U.S.-based, travel up to 20–30% domestically and internationally.
