Vice President, Global Program Head - Neuroscience, Innovative Medicines

Role: Vice President, Global Program Head (GPH), overseeing end-to-end strategy and delivery across a broad disease-area portfolio from early development through regulatory approval and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: set strategic vision anticipating scientific, technological, and market trends; lead multiple global, cross-functional program teams; own full program lifecycle, ensuring regulatory readiness and commercial differentiation; shape stakeholder expectations and build external partnerships; develop talent and foster high-performing teams. Requirements: 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D with proven leadership across early and late phases; experience managing programs through IND to approval; deep scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial expertise; track record with global submissions (NDA/BLA/MAA). Qualifications: Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; experience in Neuroscience and/or Immunology advantageous; experience with marketed products is a plus.
