Vice President, Global Program Head

Role: Vice President Global Program Head (GPH) – Dermatology, Immunology, leading cross-functional teams to advance early-stage dermatology and immunology programs. Responsibilities: develop and execute global development strategies, including clinical, CMC, and commercial plans; ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery; lead risk management and program tracking; foster collaboration across clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial functions; inspire high-performing teams; promote operational excellence; stay current on industry trends to inform strategy. Qualifications: 15+ years in pharma, with at least 10 years in early development leadership; deep expertise in translational dermatology and/or immunology; proven success in managing lifecycle and early-stage programs; experience with global regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA/MAA).
