Role Summary

Vice President, Global Product Team Leader, Breast Cancer. BeOne seeks experienced professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and committed to fighting cancer. Accountable for asset strategy from proof of concept through global product launch and lifecycle management, leading the Global Product Team to establish and execute a global strategy across the assetβ€šΓ„Γ΄s life cycle, from early development to post-marketing commitments and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the molecule integrated strategy throughout the product lifecycle to maximize value for BeOne Medicines and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Global Product Team, ensuring appropriate resourcing and clear alignment across functions to deliver on the program vision.
  • Advocate for the asset at the enterprise level in line with business priorities.
  • Embed cross-functional input in clinical development plans and regulatory strategy, including trial design, endpoints, comparators, Target Product Profile (TPP), and regulatory pathway for commercial success and global market access.
  • Act as a role model and ambassador for stakeholder engagement, communicating the science story and differentiation of the molecule.
  • Collaborate with GPT to develop and deliver the product TPP with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated product development and commercialization plans aligned with business objectives and differentiated from competition.
  • Present development strategy at governance meetings to secure funding and endorsement.
  • Ensure delivery of governance-approved business cases in collaboration with global commercial leadership and management for alignment.
  • Manage and communicate risk to senior leadership, with strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Work with global and regional commercial teams to develop robust commercial strategies and plans; define LCM investment options and advise on investments to maximize portfolio value.
  • Provide leadership support to multidisciplinary sub-teams aligned to the GPT and product strategy.
  • Partner with Global Program Manager to translate goals into actionable plans, execute within guardrails, manage risks, and drive team effectiveness within governance processes.
  • Maintain high team effectiveness through collaboration, coaching, and mentoring of cross-functional members.
  • Collaborate with other GPTs to develop disease-area or franchise-wide strategies and maximize synergies with BeOne assets.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to manage external messages for analysts in collaboration with clinical development leads.
  • Work with Business Development and external partners to maximize lifecycle opportunities.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance and protect BeOneβ€šΓ„Γ΄s Rights, Data, and Intellectual Property.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead in a global, cross-functional matrix organization with effective communication across diverse cultures.
  • Clinical research expertise in Oncology, with preference for Breast Cancer disease experience.
  • Experience in drug development and global commercialization across the product lifecycle.
  • Business acumen and a track record of driving innovation to global commercialization.
  • Enterprise thinking with problem-solving capabilities and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strategic and decisive leadership with analytical and innovative thinking; experience leading in multifunctional environments.
  • Experience with global regulatory submissions and interactions with major health authorities; NDA/BLA submission experience desired.
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of the organization.

Education

  • Advanced degree and 10+ years in drug development, product strategy, and global commercialization, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
