Vice President (VP) Global Precision Medicine, Strategy and Execution (Global Commercial Strategy Organization), Raritan, NJ (up to 35% travel)

Summary
Lead creation/execution of precision medicine global commercial strategies, build precision medicine capabilities and talent network, drive portfolio transformation, and oversee companion/complementary diagnostics (CoDx) commercialization across all therapeutic areas and global markets.

Specific Areas of Responsibility Include
- Primary representative to drive Global Precision Medicine strategy across Global Commercial, Regional Businesses, R&D, JBD, and enterprise functions (including senior leadership interactions).
- Maximize impact of GTM strategies; translate regional learnings into R&D and GCSO planning.
- Innovate/advance global commercial model for CoDx-enabled launches; provide global commercial + medical/scientific strategy leadership to teams.
- Coach/develop the Precision Medicine Team; chair the J&J Global Commercial Precision Medicine Steering Committee.
- Lead cross-TA and non-asset CoDx strategies; develop partner selection processes.
- Establish strategic commercial partnerships and represent on joint steering/external committees.
- Leverage AI/data for patient identification and commercial opportunity assessment.
- Develop/execute precision medicine data strategy (collection, integration, analysis, utilization).

Qualifications
- BS required; MS/PhD/PharmD preferred.
- 12+ years precision medicine experience; senior diagnostics/precision medicine commercial experience required.
- Expertise using Data/AI for precision medicine strategy/execution; CoDx landscapes and healthcare systems knowledge.
- Strong leadership; commercial acumen; experience with medical/scientific affairs.
- Strong diagnostics technical background; diagnostics/assay development knowledge.
- Knowledge of drug development/commercialization (clinical development, outcomes research, health economics) and ability to interpret clinical data.
- Cross-functional leadership; manage complex global projects; thrive in matrix; strong strategic/analytical skills and communication.
- Ability to travel domestic/international as needed.
