Vice President, Global IT Lead, Commercial

Role: Vice President, Global IT Lead, Commercial at Bausch + Lomb, responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end technology strategy for all Commercial IT capabilities worldwide, including CRM, marketing platforms, analytics, eCommerce, and field force tools. Responsibilities: serve as strategic partner to regional and global commercial leaders, define and drive the global technology roadmap, oversee application design, deployment, and lifecycle management, and promote innovation with AI, analytics, and automation. Ensure platform standardization, security, compliance, and operational excellence through vendor management and governance. Collaborate across IT, Data, and Digital teams to support the entire commercial value chain. Requirements: 15+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 7+ years in pharma, medtech, or healthcare commercial systems, and proven success in global, matrixed environments. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
