Vice President, General Manager & Campus Lead, Devens

Role: Senior leader overseeing BMS’s biologics and cell therapy operations at Devens, accountable for strategic direction, operational performance, compliance, and transformation of the campus. Responsibilities: direct all biologics manufacturing, site services, and infrastructure; lead integration of biologics and cell therapy units into a unified, digitally enabled, 'smart campus' using Industry 4.0 technologies; foster a high-performance, inclusive culture; ensure regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and supply reliability; manage large-scale capital projects, operational excellence, and financial performance; engage with external stakeholders including regulators and the community. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related; 15+ years in pharma/biopharma manufacturing with significant leadership in biologics and complex modalities; experience with large-scale operations, regulatory audits, digital transformation, and organizational change; deep GMP/regulatory knowledge, proven site transformation expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.
