Vice President, Gene Editing Core

Role: Vice President, Gene Editing Core, leading a cross-functional team to advance genome editing therapies through innovative research and platform development. Responsibilities: oversee project planning, execution of assays for gene editing outcomes, platform improvements, and integration of new technologies; manage genomics and RNA labs, support preclinical development, and collaborate with computational teams. Lead external partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Manage budget and resources for genomics core functions.
