Vice President, Field Medical Affairs

Role: Vice President of Field Medical Affairs responsible for building and leading DBV Technologies' US Field Medical organization to support the launch and growth of Viaskin Peanut and other immunotherapies. Responsibilities: define and execute strategic medical field plans, design team structure and deployment models, lead and develop national MSL teams, ensure scientific and compliance excellence in allergy/immunology engagement, and facilitate insight generation to inform corporate strategy. Also responsible for scientific training, external expert engagement, and supporting evidence generation activities related to food allergy and epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT). Qualifications: MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent with 15+ years in biotech/pharma, substantial experience in Medical Affairs, and prior senior field leadership. Experience in allergy, immunology, pediatrics, or related specialties is highly valued, especially in biotech or specialty pharma pre- and launch phases. Skills: strategic planning, team building, scientific credibility in allergy/immunology, insight development, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. High-value specifics include allergy/immunology focus, food allergy indication, EPIT modality, pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle stages, and experience supporting a first-in-class immunotherapy. Location: field-based/remote with oversight of a national team.
