Vice President - Early Detection Informatics

Role: Senior leadership in biopharma data science and bioinformatics for early cancer detection, focusing on developing and scaling blood-based multi-analyte diagnostic informatics systems. Responsibilities: oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of bioinformatics pipelines integrating sequencing, laboratory, and clinical data; establish data models, ensure compliance with GxP/regulatory standards; lead cloud/compute strategies for high-throughput analysis; manage SLAs and assay turnaround; build and mentor a bioinformatics team; set strategic goals and governance frameworks. Requirements: PhD in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or related; 10+ years in analytics/bioinformatics in diagnostics, pharma, or labs; expert in Python, SQL, ETL, NGS platforms, including Illumina; strong understanding of GxP, CLIA, FDA; proven leadership in cross-functional projects.
