Vice President Digital Pathology

Role: Vice President of Digital Pathology overseeing enterprise-wide strategy, operations, and innovation in digital pathology and computational analytics. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic roadmaps, manage all digital pathology operations including slide digitization, image management, workflow optimization, validation programs, and software implementations; ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, FDA, ISO); foster data science and AI initiatives; oversee vendor relations, system integrations, and enterprise transformation projects; establish KPIs and operational metrics; lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, IT, Data Science, Regulatory, and external partners; drive innovation in computational pathology and AI. Requirements: PhD/MD or equivalent, 12+ years in digital pathology, healthcare tech, or related fields, with 8+ years in senior leadership managing teams and large-scale digital health programs; proven experience with enterprise digital pathology, validation, system integration, and regulatory oversight.
