Summary:
The Vice President, Market Data, Analytics & Insights leads a best-in-class analytics capability that drives commercial performance and informs enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics supporting Sales, Medical (where appropriate), Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Executive Leadership.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
- Deliver actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, risks, and priorities.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to optimize targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Own enterprise commercial data strategy (acquisition, integration, governance, quality).
- Maximize value of specialty pharmacy, claims, EMR, payer, provider, and patient-level data.
- Identify and deploy new data sources and analytical tools; manage external MSP and internal stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting for marketed products and pipeline assets; build cross-functional integrated forecasting and planning.
- Design models (patient, epidemiological, or market based) to guide supply chain and financial planning.
- Support annual and long-range planning and business reviews; deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
- Build and lead market intelligence capability; track competitive landscape, clinical developments, and reimbursement trends.
- Lead primary and secondary market research; generate insights across providers, patients, payers, and stakeholders.
- Support commercialization planning, market sizing, patient flow, launch readiness, and BD diligence.
- Drive analytics transformation, automation, and adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization; serve on Commercial Leadership Team; set/manage budget.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD or equivalent).
- 15+ years’ experience in biopharma/healthcare/consulting/analytics.
- Proven leadership in commercial analytics, forecasting, or insights.
- Deep understanding of pharma data sources, patient journeys, and market dynamics.
- Ability to integrate data across hubs, specialty pharmacies, and distributors.
- Experience supporting specialty and/or oncology product launches.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise decisions.

Preferred:
- Experience with both commercial-stage and pipeline assets.
- Track record scaling analytics capabilities in a growth-stage biotech.
- Experience with advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling.
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package (base salary range: $315,000–$375,000).
