Position: Vice President, Data, Analytics, AI & Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an enterprise digital strategy aligned to RayzeBio business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation to modernize data/reporting, streamline workflows, and apply automation/AI-ML for business value.
- Own enterprise analytics and AI/ML roadmap; oversee predictive modeling, forecasting, and machine learning.
- Establish data governance (quality, integrity, security, accessibility) and improve data capture/integration/use across preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing.
- Enable practical analytics/AI use cases for development execution (e.g., trial planning, study performance visibility, decision support) and commercial readiness (forecasting, scenario modeling, performance analytics).
- Own the technology ecosystem (infrastructure, applications, collaboration tools, data platforms) ensuring scalability, security, compliance; make user-centered technology decisions.
- Partner with Research/Drug Development and Commercial/Medical Affairs/Manufacturing/Supply Chain to ensure lifecycle and launch readiness.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent; lead across a distributed, multi-site organization; serve on the leadership team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years progressive leadership in data/analytics, digital, AI/ML, and technology in biotech/pharma/life sciences or similarly regulated environments.
- Senior experience owning enterprise platforms/analytics strategy and cross-functional delivery across multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of biotech/pharma value chain (research preferred).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $307,190–$372,242 starting range (plus possible incentive cash/stock if eligible).
