Position Summary
Reporting to the President of RayzeBio, lead data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and scalable technology enablement across RayzeBio from research through drug development, manufacturing, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation to modernize data/reporting and streamline workflows using automation and AI/ML.
- Reduce tool sprawl and friction; improve speed while maintaining quality/compliance.
- Own enterprise analytics and AI/ML roadmap and advanced analytics (predictive modeling, forecasting, machine learning).
- Establish data governance (quality, integrity, security, accessibility).
- Translate emerging technologies into pragmatic, adoption-ready tools.
- Partner across R&D lifecycle and interfaces (preclinical, clinical, manufacturing) to improve reproducibility and execution readiness.
- Enable practical AI/analytics use cases (trial planning, study performance visibility, decision support) and support commercial readiness (forecasting, scenario modeling, performance analytics).
- Own technology ecosystem (infrastructure, apps, collaboration tools, data platforms) ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent; lead across distributed sites; serve on leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s required; MS/PhD/MBA preferred.
- 15+ years progressive leadership in data/analytics, digital, AI/ML, and technology in regulated life sciences.
- Senior leadership owning enterprise platforms/analytics strategy with cross-functional delivery across sites.
- Strong biotech/pharma value chain knowledge (research preferred).
- Proven measurable business impact beyond experimentation.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Starting range: $307,190–$372,242; health/wellbeing/financial benefits and paid time off included (per eligibility).
