Position: Vice President, Data, Analytics, AI & Technology (RayzeBio)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an enterprise digital strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation modernizing data/reporting; streamline workflows via automation and AI/ML.
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities to reduce tool sprawl and friction while maintaining quality/compliance.
- Own the enterprise analytics and AI/ML roadmap across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial readiness.
- Oversee advanced analytics (predictive modeling, forecasting, machine learning).
- Establish data governance for quality, integrity, security, and access.
- Translate emerging technologies into pragmatic, adoption-ready solutions.
- Partner with Research/Drug Development to apply data/analytics/AI across discovery through clinical development and CMC.
- Improve data capture/integration across preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing.
- Enable compliant analytics/AI for trial planning, study visibility, and decision support.
- Support commercial readiness/launch with forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance analytics.
- Own the technology ecosystem (infrastructure, applications, collaboration tools, data platforms) and ensure scalability/security/compliance.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent; lead across a distributed multi-site organization; serve on the leadership team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS/PhD/MBA preferred.
- 15+ years progressive leadership in data/analytics, digital, AI/ML, and technology in biotech/pharma/life sciences or regulated environments.
- Senior leadership owning enterprise platforms and cross-functional delivery across sites.
- Strong biotech/pharma value-chain knowledge (research, drug development, manufacturing, commercialization); heavier research exposure preferred.
- Track record delivering measurable business impact beyond experimentation.
- Ability to tailor solutions within a smaller, high-speed subsidiary environment.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- $307,190–$372,242 (starting range); additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
