Position Summary
- Lead U.S. Customer Insights & Engagement strategy for engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) via personal and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise U.S. Business Unit SVPs; lead BU-aligned customer insights teams.
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Market Access, Field Excellence, Medical, Digital) to align customer strategies and capability investments.
- Translate business challenges into roadmaps for capability development, analytics integration, and engagement innovation.
- Oversee actionable insights for brand strategy, segmentation, performance measurement, and continuous learning.
- Define omnichannel, personalized customer engagement needs across brands/therapeutic areas; drive AI-driven capability adoption.
- Build commercial capabilities (omnichannel engagement, CX design, advanced analytics); establish best practices.
- Coach and develop a high-performing, accountable team; drive change management.

Qualifications / Skills (Required/Preferred)
- 15+ years in commercial/marketing/insights (pharma/biotech/healthcare).
- Proven influence with senior leaders; expertise in customer insights, omnichannel engagement, commercial analytics, AI-driven solutions.
- Leadership of large cross-functional/matrixed teams.
- Strategic initiative leadership and organizational change capability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking/problem-solving and team development results.
- Adaptable; strong internal/external stakeholder relationship building.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $350,880–$425,184.
- Benefits include health coverage, wellbeing support, 401(k), disability/life insurance; PTO and flexible time off (eligibility varies).
