Major Accountabilities
- Build and lead a top-talent product management organization that sets operating standards and drives CRM transformation across Novartis US
- Build and manage the US CRM roadmap, ensuring regular updates, transparency, and alignment with the US Commercial CRM strategy
- Understand current business processes and gaps to inform product delivery and process improvement
- Drive predictable product delivery for next-generation CRM, leveraging traditional and agentic solutions
- Provide leadership in the CRM governance framework with regular updates on status, impact, and opportunities
- Optimize investment in the CRM ecosystem (e.g., clicks vs. code, agentic vs. manual, UX optimization) and perform build vs. buy analysis as needed
- Create, improve, and scale business processes to support transformation and operational excellence; maintain strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate business process changes and establish/track/report key product metrics (customer, business, usage, delivery such as release dates/scope/backlog health, and adoption rates)
- Evangelize CRM strategy and impact via stakeholder meetings, leadership forums, and communications
- Collaborate with CRM product and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment; maintain deep understanding of the Life Sciences CRM landscape (Salesforce, Veeva) and US commercial strategy; secure support from relevant stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); Master of Science and/or MBA preferred
- Proven success leading product management for large-scale CRM transformation (delivery accountability, change management, UX, governance, communications strategy, risk/compliance mitigation)
- 12+ years of experience in product management/technology strategy/innovation/leadership (preferably pharma/healthcare/CRM)
- Deep understanding of the CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing, Service), including Salesforce and Veeva
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry (regulatory requirements, market dynamics, emerging AI)
- Experience managing and being accountable for operations of large product management teams (backlog health/prioritization, agile practices/ceremonies, strategic innovation)
- Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics for practical applications
- Excellent leadership skills; people management experience in CRM/AI/technology/data-driven environments
- Ability to foster cross-functional alignment to execute a disciplined, global, commercial CRM strategy
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape
- Deep understanding of CRM, AI, and data platforms/architectures, including Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360, Core platform), Veeva, OpenAI, and Snowflake (or similar data lake)
