Position Summary
- Develop commercialization strategies, product life cycle roadmaps, and drive revenue and market share growth for Caris Life Sciences emerging early detection products through planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the product marketing strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for early cancer detection products aligned to business goals and market needs.
- Develop branding and product persona; act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional product development teams; oversee project execution.
- Conduct market research, identify unmet customer needs, and translate insights into actionable product features/improvements.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (engineering, marketing, sales, clinical research, regulatory affairs, external partners).
- Ensure product development activities meet relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies to drive patient awareness and action.
- Partner with patient advocacy organizations to raise awareness of Caris Early Detection tests.
- Envision the future of early cancer detection; identify opportunities and translate them into strategy/roadmap.
- Apply technical expertise in genomics, molecular diagnostics, AI/machine learning, and biomedical engineering.
- Lead, motivate, and communicate product vision across diverse stakeholders.
- Apply business acumen (market dynamics, competitive landscape, financial considerations) to ensure commercial viability.
- Maintain customer/patient empathy focused on improving patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 10+ years of marketing/commercialization experience (Early Detection in Cancer experience a plus).
- Experience marketing Oncology Laboratory Developed Tests and bringing new products to market.
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact with thought leaders.
- Understanding/experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors.
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking; fast, effective problem solving.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work across all organization levels to complete projects.
- Strong organization; meet deadlines; perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strategic problem-solver and influencer with strong leadership/interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science.
- MBA preferred.
