Vice President, Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Vice President, Clinical Pharmacology, providing strategic and operational leadership for the clinical pharmacology team within a consulting environment. Responsibilities: oversee service design and delivery, manage budgets, recruit and develop talent, ensure alignment with industry trends, support client interactions including regulatory meetings (Pre-IND, EOP2, Pre-NDA), review data, author regulatory documents, and contribute to business growth. Foster collaboration across functions, support team development, and participate in scientific and marketplace activities. Qualifications: Ph.D. in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field; 10-15 years experience in clinical pharmacology for biologics, small molecules, gene therapy, or vaccines; knowledge of 505(b)(2) programs and regulatory processes; board certification in clinical pharmacology preferred.
