Vice President, Clinical Operations

Role: Vice President of Clinical Operations overseeing global Phase 1-3 ophthalmology trials, primarily in retina and related indications. Responsibilities: lead strategic execution, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration (Clinical Science, Regulatory, Data Sciences, Quality), and ensure inspection readiness; develop scalable systems and metrics for performance improvement; mentor senior Clinical Operations leaders; manage budgets and vendor relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, business, or health; 15+ years in biotech/pharma clinical operations; extensive experience in global early to late-stage trials; strong leadership in managing large programs; deep knowledge of GCP, FDA, EMA regulations; ophthalmology (retina) experience preferred.
