Clinical Research and Development
Role: Senior Study Management leader overseeing global clinical operations for Absci's Phase 1-3 programs, including planning, feasibility, site start-up, activation, and execution. Responsibilities: translate clinical strategy into operational plans, manage CRO/vendor relationships, optimize trial site selection and enrollment, lead operational readiness for Phase 3, and incorporate AI and analytics to enhance trial delivery and risk management. Manage cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data, QMS, and Tech teams; ensure GCP compliance and inspection readiness. Qualifications: 20+ years in clinical operations with proven leadership in late-stage, registrational trials, especially Phase 3, with demonstrated global feasibility, CRO governance, and operational strategy experience. Technical expertise in enrollment modeling, site activation, risk mitigation, and use of digital/AI tools. Preferred: advanced degree in life sciences; experience in biotech or small/mid-size companies; familiarity with FDA and global regulatory requirements. High-Value: emphasis on leveraging AI/analytics, managing complex global trials, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech environment. Work Setup: office-based with up to 30% travel, domestic and international.
