Vice President, Clinical Development (Pain)

Role: Vice President, Clinical Development (Pain), leading all aspects of Xenon's pain therapeutic programs, including Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials for Kv7 agonists and Nav 1.7 inhibitors. Responsibilities: develop clinical strategies aligned with regulatory standards, oversee cross-functional teams, engage KOLs, manage safety and data analysis, contribute to regulatory and publication activities, and interact with executive leadership. Qualifications: MD with 12+ years in pharma/biotech, 5+ years managing development teams, extensive experience in pain clinical trials (Phases 1-3), IND/NDA filings, and regulatory knowledge. High-Value: pain indication, neuroscience focus, multi-phase clinical trial expertise, regulatory submissions, team leadership, international travel (~30%). Work setup: remote or Boston-based with onsite requirements.
