Vice President, Clinical Development (Oncology)

Role: Vice President, Clinical Development leading oncology programs at Allogene Therapeutics, focusing on allogeneic CAR T cell products for cancer. Responsibilities: oversee clinical trial execution, data collection and analysis; develop clinical protocols aligned with product strategy; collaborate on scientific communication, congress representation, and advisory boards; lead the oncology clinical team and participate in asset strategy and executive meetings; manage relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and partners. Requirements: MD with oncology fellowship; extensive industry leadership experience in oncology treatment development; global clinical trial experience, including post-marketing; strong understanding of US, EU, and Asian regulatory standards; ability to evaluate CROs/vendors; excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred: cell therapy experience. High-Value: oncology (cancer immunotherapy, CAR T), leadership in clinical development, multi-regional regulatory expertise, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: based in South San Francisco, CA; remote candidates considered with frequent travel.
