Role: Vice President, Clinical Development – Inflammation at Gilead, leading strategic planning and execution across inflammatory and autoimmune disease programs, including allergic diseases, rheumatology, and B-cell–mediated conditions. Responsibilities: oversee multidisciplinary teams from pre-IND through Phase 3, set portfolio priorities, manage external collaborations, and serve as a senior representative in scientific and regulatory forums. Collaborate with internal functions (Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, etc.) and external partners to ensure scientifically rigorous and regulatory-compliant programs. Requirements: M.D. or M.D./Ph.D., 10+ years of industry experience with global clinical development in inflammation/immunology, proven leadership in portfolio management, and experience with regulatory interactions. Preferred: expertise in allergy, rheumatology, autoimmune diseases, and managing complex multi-asset portfolios.
