Role: Vice President, Clinical Development, providing executive leadership for Rigel's clinical research in hematology and oncology. Responsibilities: oversee clinical trial design, planning, and execution across therapeutic programs; develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with product lifecycle and regulatory goals; ensure trial quality, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and safety monitoring; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Drug Safety; support regulatory interactions and external stakeholder engagement; contribute to portfolio-level decision-making and long-term clinical capabilities. Requirements: MD with specialization in hematology/oncology; at least 8 years in clinical research or drug development, including 6+ years industry experience; demonstrated experience with global regulatory agencies, clinical trial design, and data interpretation; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
