Role: Vice President, Clinical Development (Immunology & Inflammation), leading strategic and operational oversight of Spyre's antibody programs for IBD. Responsibilities: provide medical leadership for clinical trials, including protocol development, safety oversight, and data interpretation; develop and refine clinical development plans; lead global regulatory interactions and submissions; collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, biostatistics, clinical operations, and other teams; mentor a clinical team and contribute to corporate strategy. Requirements: MD or equivalent with 7+ years in clinical development, ideally within immunology, inflammation, or gastroenterology; extensive experience with antibody therapeutics and global regulatory processes; proven leadership in mid-to-late-stage trials, especially in IBD or immune-mediated disorders; strong knowledge of trial design, biostatistics, and regulatory standards. High-Value: antibody therapeutics, IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), clinical phases 2 and beyond, regulatory submissions (INDs, CTAs, BLAs, NDAs), global development.
