Role: Vice President, Clinical Development leading the strategic and operational aspects of oncology drug development at Tango Therapeutics, focusing on the novel therapy vopimetostat. Responsibilities: develop and oversee the Clinical Development Plan, serve on the Global Program Team, design and interpret clinical trials (including biomarker-driven studies), lead regulatory interactions, and mentor a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists. Collaborate across functions such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biometrics, and Translational Medicine; represent the company at external scientific and regulatory forums; and support scientific communications. Requirements: MD with board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology, 14+ years in oncology drug development across early- and late-stage trials; proven experience with clinical trial design, execution, regulatory submissions, and biomarker integration; strong leadership skills in directing multidisciplinary teams; comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and global regulations.
